The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of Oct. 5 to 12, 2018. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved. Here is the list:
- Tacos El Gavilan, 1258 E. 17th St., Santa Ana, Closed: Oct. 12, Reason: Sewage overflow
- Taiko, 14775 Jeffrey Road, Suite K, Irvine, Closed: Oct. 11, Reason: Cockroach infestation
- Las Brisas, 1734 S. Euclid St., Anaheim, Closed: Oct. 6, Reason: Cockroach infestation, Reopened: Oct. 12
