Carpetbagging 46th CD candidate Nick caught stealing signs in Lake Forest

A couple of nights ago, a deputy spotted a black Ford sedan in a no-parking zone near Bake Parkway and Trabuco Road and saw a man with campaign signs climb into the passenger seat. The driver was Lake Forest Mayor Pro Tem Adam Nick, according to the Sheriff’s Department, and in the car were 10 campaign signs belonging to Scott Voigts, a fellow councilman seeking re-election, according to the OC Register.

Calling the incident, at 2 a.m. Thursday, a misunderstanding, Nick said Friday he had taken Voigts’ signs to move them to a better location, though he had not asked his permission to do so. “They’re making something out of nothing,” Nick said. Continue reading→

Lake Forest carpetbaggers Sherry Walker and Adam Nick

The woman who helped collect nomination signatures for Lake Forest carpetbagger Sherry Walker, Farzaneh Akhavi, 55, aka Frances Akhavi, has been indicted on charges of bank fraud, wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering, by a grand jury in Phoenix, Arizona, according to the East Valley Tribune.

Both Walker and Nick changed their names. They are originally from Iran. Walker also became a registered Republican right before running for the 69th Assembly District.

The indictment refers to the victim only by the initials SRG. But court records showed a federal civil lawsuit was filed against Akhavi last month by a California woman named Soraya Ghalchi, who claimed she was defrauded out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in the financial scheme, according to AZ Central. Santa Ana – Cecilia “Ceci” Iglesias, who narrowly lost in the June 3 Primary Election in the 69th Assembly District, has filed a formal complaint against neophyte Republican candidate Sherry Walker. In a letter to Secretary of State Debra Bowen’s Election Fraud Investigation Unit, Iglesias alleges Walker violated residency requirements and conspired to deceive voters who live in Santa Ana and parts of Anaheim, Garden Grove and Orange. We finally found solid evidence that Sherry Walker, the carpetbagging Republican candidate for the 69th Assembly District, may have lied to the Voter Registrar of Orange County and to the voters. Case number 30-2014-00698760-CU-PT-CJC of the Orange County Superior Court shows that she changed her name, from Shehrzad Rahgozar to Sherry Walker on March 5, 2014. She started the name change process on January 16, 2014.

The address she listed was 25422 Trabuco Road #105-255, in Lake Forest. That happens to be the same address used by Adam Nick and Associates. Nick is her husband – and he is running for the 46th Congressional District as a carpetbagger from Lake Forest. He changed his name too. His real name is Afshin Nikmanesh. Continue reading→

Who in the world are Sherry Walker and Adam Nick? They are Orange County political candidates with minute social media profiles. Nick was elected to the Lake Forest City Council in 2012. He is pictured with his wife Sherry on his Facebook page. But Sherry is running for the 69th Assembly District, which includes parts of Santa Ana and Anaheim, while Nick is running for the 46th Congressional District, which includes the same areas. These are carpetbaggers – the question is who are they and what are the up to?

My sources tell me that Walker and Nick are reportedly Iranians who changed their names. Nick owns a gas station and actually sued his own city in a fit because the city granted an alcohol license to a 7-11 but Nick wanted to monopolize alcohol sales in his area. What sort of Councilman sues his own city – forcing taxpayers to waste money in the legal defense process? Continue reading→

We have been wondering for a few weeks now how it is that an unknown former Democrat from Lake Forest named Sherry Walker ended up on the ballot as a Republican nominee for the 69th Assembly District in this June’s Open Primary Election. Now we know. A reader forwarded us the nomination signatures that Walker turned in to the Orange County Registrar of Voters. You can check out the signatures for yourself by clicking here.

Popular SAUSD Trustee Ceci Iglesias, a Republican as well, should have no problem advancing to the November Runoff Election but nevertheless putting Walker on the ballot was a dirty trick and now we know who did it.

Two names jumped out from the list of voters who signed Walker’s nomination papers – former SAUSD Trustee Rosie Avila and crazed Minuteman Lupe Moreno. Now isn’t that interesting? These two ladies like to pretend that they are Christian stalwarts but here they are trying to undermine the campaign of a fellow believer, Iglesias. What gives? Continue reading→

We will know by Monday who it is that signed Sherry Walker’s nomination papers to put her on the ballot for the 69th Assembly District. A friend of mine is going to retrieve the nomination signatures from the Orange County Registrar of Voters.

Walker, an unknown Republican, came out of nowhere to challenge for the seat that is currently held by Tom Daly, a career politician, and Democrat, who has previously serves as the Mayor of Anaheim and the O.C. Clerk-Recorder. Wherever he has gone he as reveled in political favors, nepotism and the wanton waste of taxpayer money. Continue reading→

Assemblyman Tom Daly won’t be getting a free pass in the June primary election after all! Santa Ana Unified School District Trustee Cecilia “Ceci” Iglesias will be challenging him as will a lady I never heard of named Sherry Walker.

Iglesias was the top vote-getter when she ran for the SAUSD School Board in 2012. She previously gathered 10,000 nominating signatures when she ran for Congress as an independent in 2010. She is now a Republican. Continue reading→
