Case # 10CM07420: MAN SENTENCED FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING WOMAN WHILE PRETENDING TO GIVE ACUPRESSURE THERAPY

SANTA ANA – A man was sentenced today for sexually assaulting a woman in his Santa Ana home under the pretense of
performing acupressure therapy. Thuan Van Nguyen, 56, Santa Ana, was found guilty by a jury July 13, 2011, of one
misdemeanor count of sexual battery by fraud and two misdemeanor counts of sexual battery. He was sentenced to 180
days in jail, three years formal probation, and is required to register as a sex offender. Continue reading→

Recorded at the now infamous Planet Z Studios in Hadley Massachusetts by Zeuss (Hatebreed, Shadows Fall), “Warriors” is yet another landmark in hardcore’s history. Produced this time around by vocalist Roger Miret’s little brother, Freddy Cricien (Madball, Hazen Street), the bands message of family and unity has never come across stronger in their music.

This event is sponsored by St. Joseph’s Hospital’s Center for Cancer Prevention and Treatment, the California Dialogue for Cancer, and the Chao Family Comprehensive Care Center at UCI.

This is a free community forum, with the theme of “Mobilizing Our Community.”

The mobile unit is a one-stop service center that acts as a point of entry for homeless individuals and families to receive supportive services from nearly 60 agencies ranging from housing and employment to education and medical services.
