Vincente Sarmiento doesn’t live in Santa Ana. Apparently he lives outside of the city and his family isn’t involved with any of the local schools, parent organizations, sport teams, churches and the list goes on…

Councilman Sarmiento needs to decide if he wants to live in Santa Ana or not and whether he wants to be a Councilman or not. He also still faces questions about his law firm.
