The Santa Ana School Police Department declared a lockout at McFadden Intermediate and Jefferson Elementary today at 3:08 p.m. as the SAPD was pursuing a criminal suspect.
The suspect was arrested and the lockout was lifted at 3:24 p.m. The area is safe, according to the Santa Ana School Police Department.
