Arrested: Female Juvenile (17) Charges: Manslaughter
Based on facts and evidence obtained in their investigation, Homicide Detectives have arrested a 17-year-old female for manslaughter in this case. The suspect was arrested at her residence in the City of Orange and will be lodged at OC Juvenile Hall. Continue reading
