Senator Praises Organization for Dedicated Service to Improving Lives and Keeping Communities Safe
Santa Ana, CA–Senator Lou Correa (D-Santa Ana) received the Legislator of the Year Award from the California Police Chiefs Association (CPCA), an organization whose members work tirelessly to improve public safety.
“Police officers put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe,” said Senator Correa. “I have a deep respect for these dedicated men and women and I am honored to receive this award,” he added. “As a state legislator, I have the privilege of working closely with the Police Chiefs, most recently on legislation to reduce driving growing problem of driving while under the influence of drugs.” Continue reading
