Strange men have been lurking at Santiago Park for over 25 years
A man tried to molest a little boy today at Santiago Park in North Santa Ana, according to a local neighborhood Facebook page.
Here’s the description: the man was about 40 years old give or take, with a receding hair line, lily white skin with light freckles. He had blond – gray hair, a dirty blonde mustache, and he stood 5 feet 5 or 6. He was overweight, round face, double chin.
