Have Fun and Stay Healthy At the Same Time
Dancing is good for what ails you. It’s been proven again and again that dancing benefits the body—by increasing lung capacity, toning muscles, aiding in the prevention of osteoporosis and improving memory. Dancing reduces stress and increases levels of serotonin, giving us a better sense of well-being. Dancing also burns off calories at the rate of 450 calories per hour. Continue reading
